We specialise in classes for the care home environment.

Let's Get Active is based in Derby and works around the Derby and Derbyshire areas in care homes, providing fitness classes for all ages and abilities. Working in partnership with Derby City Council and Forever Active.

We do classes that are very interactive, fun and lively which we do what says on the tin 'let's get active' we use equipment that is very engaging for all your residents.

Along with the options for falls prevention including 1:1 and group sections of the sessions.

The best way to see what we do is to have a trial session. we are completely different from your usual 'exercise class'.
